Setting the Standard for Next-generation Data Centers

In case you hadn't heard the news, the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) is prepared to approve a new standard for optical fiber that's suitable for next-generation data centers. At CommScope, we're thrilled to hear about the TIA's actions for two separate but related reasons. First, this new standard, commonly called OM4 fiber, ensures that data center cabling around the world meets the thresholds necessary to perform today's applications and applications that may emerge in the foreseeable future.
